Fall Conferences
Join us for Parent-Teacher Conference to connect with teachers and school staff!
We will be having our Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences on Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 16 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Conferences will be closed on Thursday from 11:30-12:10 p.m. for lunch.
- Conferences are come and go (no appointments)
- A map of teacher and support staff locations will be provided
- Enter at the south entrance (Door 24)
- The north entrance and main office will be closed during Conferences
- Students are encouraged to attend with their parents/guardians
Students will receive a FREE dress down day and a FREE book if their families attend Conferences and complete the check-list for visiting their teachers and information tables. The Conference Dress Down Day will be on Wednesday, October 22 (students will receive a sticker).
Please make sure to turn your completed check-list in at the check-out table before you leave to get the free dress down sticker and free book.
There is no school for students on Thursday, October 16 due to conferences and no school on Friday, October 17 due to End of Quarter.

When You Arrive...
Enter at Door 24, next to the south parking lot/gym. When you arrive, you will receive several documents:
- Progress Report
- Recent Assessment Scores
- Conferences Check-list
- Room List & Map
You will then go to see your student's teachers. Be sure to complete the check-list as you go. Turn in the check-list at the check-out table before you leave!

The Book Fair is BACK! Find bestselling series and characters that students love from more than 100 publishers. Plus, every purchase benefits our school. We hope you can join us for the Best. Week. Ever!
- The Book Fair will be held in the Coleman Library and will be open during Conferences.
- Set up a Book Fair eWallet to allow students to shop without cash.
- Contribute to Share the Fair, the giving program that benefits students at our school who need help buying new books.
- Online shopping will be available Oct. 13-26 (25% of online sales are donated to Coleman's Library)

The Value of Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences are a great way to stay involved in your child's education. Parents and guardians have the opportunity to discuss their child's progress, review assignments, learn about future projects, and strengthen the connection between home and school.

- What is my student doing well?
- Is my student respectful of others?
